• All digital products available on Genesiz Designs are protected by copyright and are provided with a limited license. By purchasing or downloading any product from our website, you agree to the following terms:

Single Commercial License

Each template purchase includes a single commercial license, allowing you to use the design in one commercial project only. This license applies per product and per project, unless otherwise stated.

You are allow to:

• Use the template for one personal/commercial purpose for yourself or one client project (e.g. books, planners, workbooks, etc.).

• Edit and customize the template to suit your project’s needs.

• Export and share the final end product in formats like .pdf, .jpg, or .png (flattened or non-editable).

• Sell the final end product as part of your own digital or printed offering (e.g. an ebook or printed book), as long as the editable file is not included.

• Print or publish end-products (e.g. books, guides, journals, marketing materials) that you create using the templates.

You are not allow to:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the editable template file, as-is or modified (e.g. InDesign, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

• Use the design to create a product that directly competes with the original template (such as selling a similar customizable template).

• Share or sublicense the template or any unflattened exports with clients, teams, or collaborators.

• Claim the design as your own original work or use it as a base to build similar template products for resale.

Additional Notes:

• Templates must be meaningfully edited before being used in end products for sale (i.e., add your content, branding, layout changes, etc.).

• If you want to use the template for multiple clients or products, please contact me about an extended commercial license.

Extended Commercial License

This license allows you to:

• Use the template in multiple end-products (for clients, sales, etc.).
• Sell or distribute an unlimited number of flattend, non-editable physical or digital copies.

You are not allow to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original templates (as-is or modified).
• Use the templates to create a competing product or service (e.g., Canva, InDesign, Photoshop templates, editable files for resale).

• Claim the design as your own original work or use it as a base to build similar template products for resale.
